Had a great experience buying a car with Joe. They were more than happy to fix the little issues detected on a third party inspection report prior to sale, and were very generous with their trade in offer for my old vehicle. Thanks guys! Edit: So while they said they were happy to fix the issues, turns out they didn't bother to and sold it to me in the same condition the RACQ inspector reported it was in. Resulted in an extra $190 to be paid at next service to fix the, admittedly, minor issues (dirty air filters and worn rear wiper). While I was unhappy to find that I'd been mislead, I admit that the overall condition of the car and the ease of the sale was and still is entirely satisfactory. Beyond that minor inconvenience, and given the fact that they're one of the few used car yards that allow RACQ onto the premises, I can say I walked away with a reasonably positive experience.
